Ielts done

expiring in 25 days
What’s not available is the divorce certificate and heaven knows how long will it take to be available.
Back in April when the shadows of divorce were looming , I received an ITA and I opted to continue application and even though I mentioned non accompanying spouse I realized I still had to provide her medical and PCC. So after realizing this I declined ita and made my profile again after divorce for which I am about to recieve an ita.
Now my question is shall I accept ita and wait for the divorce certificate to be available. Chances are 50-50 before ielts expiry. What would be the consequences of not providing the divorce certificate before ielts expiry and is there any suggestion I can get please??
I guess you could upload proof that you applied for a divorce certificate and explain in LOE about the delay. it could buy you more time.

You mean submit eAPR with some sort of proof and explain in LOE

Acknowledgement from Court about acceptance of your Divorce Case is required. If you have kids, a consent letter that your kids can accompany to Canada is also required.

I don’t have kids. So what you would recommend me. Accept or wait for the certificate to be available??

I think you need to accept it, apply, write a LOE and/or show any available evidence then during the course of processing your case they can request for ADR from you and hopefully by then the divorce certificate is ready.
Don't let your IELTS expire.

If you do not have kids, then the acknowledgment letter from the court is enough to prove why your spouse is non-accompanying/Divorce.

What is ADR??
