I am on a study visa in Canada. Looking to settle there. And my wife is in india. I want to take divorce as of no compatibility between us since starting. I want to know where should i file the case, in india or in Canada? Secondly what are the rights with her that she can miuse to threat me? And thirdly will it affect my student visa in anyway if i start with a court case, or will it affect my PR application in future,if she file case against me in court? Please guide.
