Hello everyone,
I want to apply under FSW program and I have question related to funds. I am not completely familiar with the terminology, so I'm not sure how to fill values in question 11 on Schedule 3 Economic Classes imm0008_3e form.

I am principal applicant and my wife and our child are in my application (3 family members).

My wife and I are currently living in Canada and we have around 30.000,00 CAD on joint account. In addition, my wife owns apartment in our home land that is worth around 200.000,00 CAD. We don't have mortgage or any kind of debt.

I know that for Settlement Funds I should write 30.000,00 CAD, but I am not sure what I should write for Assets and Liabilities.

Thanks

Assets are everything you own - cash, house, stocks, funds, property, jewellery.....

Liabilities are everything you owe to others - loans, mortgages.....

For assets, put the fair market value of your wife's property as well as any other assets, stock, shares etc. For liabilities, put 0 since you have no debts.

Thank you for your replies. Now it is completely clear to me.

I suppose that I have to leave Liabilities field blank, because field doesn't accept 0 value (actually when 0 is entered, form clears the field)?
