Hi guys, I received my ITA about a month ago. I got 2 simple questions.
1. Will it be acceptable if I get a gift deed from my non-accompanying common law partner?
2. For the total amount required, can the gift deed (from her) be more than 50% of the settlement fund?
Your help is highly appreciated
I had 14 lakh Indian Rupees as gift deed from my dad along with affidavit stating the same. The fund was transferred in Feb and I received ITA in August. Still in my Letter of explanation I told about it and attached gift deed. Received RFV in November
