Setting up profile

Hello,

I will be preparing my profile now to submit soon, while creating I came across few questions on how to add my work experience.

I have a total of 3 years and 8 months experience, I see the buckets under foreign experience category 1-2, 2-3 and 4-5 years. Since I have 3 years 8 months, do I need to choose only 2 – 3 years? How about remaining 8 months?

Since it’s not counted in months I think it’s best to select 2-3

Adding to what @keebs quoted above you get maximum points for work experience of 3 years only... but if you claim for these years work experience you will have to back it up with Letter of Reference from your organization
