Congratulations, so this Visa office is doing it in 8 months. GOOD. I'm glad you are out of the dark hole. Very Happy for You! I would've liked my husband to apply for the TRV DUAL INTENT visa but only 30 percent approval rating and he cannot adequately prove ties in his country. I have applied for spousal sponsorship for 12 months now. only AOR and confirmation of sponsor so far. The file says background check in progress. I wish I knew the way forward. Ive never seen anything this frustrating and open ended. Only God knows. Jesus Help Us!

Yes I was still discussing the TRV with my husband last month. You can give it a shot you never tell u can be part of the 30% success story. I wish u the best in whatever decision u take. If u can also contact your MP to complain, that could at least trigger for them to check and move the file forward. Thnx

Are u outland or inland applicant? For September applicant no Aor means something went wrong, as March 23 applications are recieving Aors now. To avoid any delays sponsor should contact local MP to check into file.

The sponsor can contact the MP, every city in Canada has a local MP

I haven't received the SA as a sponsor, and I thought PAs eligibility will be initiated once sponsor receives SA right?

Ouch that seems to be the problem . Ok so from exactly which city the sponsor belongs ? As it must be also mentioned in the application where you will land in Canada. Any family member or friend of sponsor from that specific area can reach the MP on the sponsors behalf else almost whole year is already gone.
