I applied on 17/08/2011 under NOC 7242 and received CIO on 25/08/2011. My visa office is Singapore. Now I am waiting for my credit cash encash. Good luck to all.

Dear Myat, did you add your credit card's CVV or CVC no to enable your VO debit it without rejection.Pls let me know b'cos this is required for cards from nigerian banks,b'cos my card wad declined am in the process of sending my CVV to my BIQ on Tuesday. Thanks
As per my knowledge i think CVV2 information is required on the form. but i would suggest to for a BD to ensure encashment. Still this is an opinion and u can confirm things from www.cic.gc.ca

Yes. I add my credit CVV in my application form to encash my credit card because if CIO want to encash your application you must be enter 16 digits your credit card number and CVV number(please fill in exactly). I also waiting for encash from CIO office.
1) Please check your credit card expiry date and how much balance you can use in your credit account(some bank can use up to 2 times of your salary and some bank can use up to 4 times of your salary). This is depend on your bank.
2)If you have enough credit amount to encash from CIO and your expiry date is more than 1 year left, please go and check with your bank what is the reason of your credit card decline. Good luck. ;-)

You will be the payer if the DD is made from your account. Some people use their relative's bank account to make DD, in which case they must mention that person as the payer.
