Hi guys, just wondering if anyone from Sept 2011 still waiting for their PPR or any updates. My updates are as follows:

We received your application for permanent residence on September 16, 2011.

Medical results have been received. (I think this was updated in mid Nov)

Office: Buffalo but later transferred to Ottawa as Buffalo office was closed.

I have not received any update since my medical....

(Medical Request included)

Medical Received at Visa Office - Dec, 2011

File transferred to Seattle - Feb, 2012

Passport Request - August 8, 2012

Hi Pioneer,

I am just about to mail my passport. Should I include a prepaid envelope or just a plain envelope? My email says this "IF YOUR MAILING ADDRESS IS IN CANADA:
Please include a plain 9" x 12" self-addressed envelope. No postage is necessary.

The Consulate will send all mail to addresses in Canada via regular mail (U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail) only. We will not use registered mail, certified mail, Canadian postage coupons or Canadian Xpresspost envelopes. The Consulate is not responsible for any items lost in the mail."

I am confused now. Are they going to pay for the postage? please let me know as soon as you can.
