I have started with my PR process for Canada. But me & husband are separated but not legally divorced. He doesn't want to get involved in the process & is not willing to provide any of his documents. Is it still possible to proceed & apply for PR? I have been doing my research and it says I can just get an affidavit of separation and I'm good to go. Others says I still need my husband's medicals done after receiving an ITA. Please help.

If you are applying for a PR only for yourself get the balls rolling and you are good to go. I don't even think you need to provide any affidavit at all. Just provide your husband name in the family information as separated. If you are applying PR for both of you, I don't think it will work. wha't the point of applying pr for both if you are thinking of separation.
