Hi,
I had applied for PR from Seattle in 2008. And after 1 year I had to move back to India. Buffalo office scheduled an interview when I ws in India. I sent an email requeting them to postpone as we were not in a position to travel that time. But the Visa officer transferred the case to New Delhi.

Now in ecas, the status has 2 records, one is Withdrawn and other is InProgress (from Feb 2010).

Can anyone please tell me if I should contact New Delhi CHC as it has been over 6 months with InProgress status?

You can certainly email them and ask the same question. if your ecas is showing in process tht certainly means it is under process.
