Seniors Plz help ! Last 10 years or since age 18 in updated schedule A request

Seniors please help !

I have recently been given a new request by local VO to provide

'Updated schedule As for you and your spouse with no gaps since the age of 18' (in BOLD)

Now schedule A is IMM5669E -- where in clauses 8(personal history) and 12 (addresses) they ask us
to give data from age of 18 OR last 10 years whichever is most recent ?

In my case that is last 10 years -- so what should i do ?

Should i follow instructions in form or bypass them and follow the instruction given in email ?
