i received further recommendation by Nova Scotia in Feb 2009. due to certain reasons i want to withdraw, i faxed withdraw request to my visa office and nect day i received my call and visa office advice to to send original signature withdraw request to central Intake Unit, Nova Scotia. Well, I guess, that is their requirement and according to them, the right way to ask for the withdrawal of your case.
If you are still interested in withdrawing the Application, then, just do as they say. (That's what I will do anyway, if I were you)
