Well if you are reaching India only after the deadline then you better apply from Saudi Arabia.

Try to submit online visa file, its the best way for your case / 2nd is to use a consultant from your hometown who can represent you and submit file in the nearest VFS on your behalf... From Saudi Arabia its not a bright chance due to less home ties flag that may arise in the mind of Visa officer.
