Dear Seniors,
Hope you guys are doing great !!!!!
Need an advise here
I am in verge of getting a PR and my case is in final state
I applied as a single applicant and still I am single
My concern here is as I am in search of my soul mate and what if post getting a PR card I will get married ? ( even I am not sure, when I gonna be )
Does it would be considered as misrepresentation If by any chance I will get married post landing or PR card ?
If yes , then what should I need to do ?
If not, then after what time one can sponser spouse ? ( after getting PR card and post marrigae , Can one immediately sponser ? )

Once you land as a PR, you can immediately marry and immediately sponsor. There are no limitations.
Dear zardoz,
Thanks for the reply
Does it mean one post landing ( without PR card ) can back to home country and marry immediately ?
My over all concern to be well familiar with laws
Thank you so much in advance

Yes, you can BUT you need to be living physically in Canada for the whole of the sponsorship application process for your new spouse. Therefore, you will need to be able to return to Canada to live, either by obtaining a Travel Document or by having someone send you your PR card.
