Hi seniors plz help me. I m in breach of RO but i still have got 2 yrs expiry on my PR card. Due to photo issues i got my pr Card late so have got expiry till 2016 may. but i first landed in Canada in 2010 April n lived for 1 month and went back. Now i m cmg to Canada n have visa exempt passport and if i m successful to get in without being caught and then if my house hold things arrive later by ship when i m in canada is there a chance of being caught then as we have to fill a custom form in which i have to tell when did i first landed n when did i leave Canada. then can they question me that u r in breach of RO or if i m in i m in and they just luk into that i m bringing stuff to settle?

I never heard about anyone getting caught because of a customs form but of course that doesn't mean it hasn't happened. Besides, for all the customs knows, you could be one of the PR's who has a legitimate excuse for having been outside Canada like Canadian spouse or H&C grounds or a Canadian job.
