i was rejected thrice for f1 visa in dec 2013 because of backlogs 11 subjects (12 attempts) but my university exempted two subjects . so i have 9 backlogs according to my university . Now i want to apply for masters(related to my field) in canada. what are my chances of getting Visa ??

IELTS 6.5 R5.5 L6 W6.5 S7 (DO I NEED TO IMPROVE ?)

B.TECH IN INF.TECH 62.09%

LAST SEMESTER 82.6%

12TH 75%

10TH 79%

im 2013 passed out.will get 1 year exp by may 2014

what are my chances of getting Visa ??
 
Your IELTS results are too low to be accepted into a Masters program. If you want to apply to a Masters program then you'll need to retake IELTS and score higher. You definitely shouldn't have any scores below 5 and ideally all scores should be at least 6.5.
 
@scylla Thank you for your reply.are there any other options other than masters like three year courses.Will the previous rejections(3) by

us embassy effects the Canadian Visa ??
