After we send our Pps, it goes into [a small] queue for action. The day visa/s r stamped on it, PHEP section marks 'cleared or not-cleared' to MIS. They inturn post 'decision made' on our ecas, irrespective of 'cleared or not-cleared'.
Generally speaking, unless something is grossly 'wrong' with the Pps [see the PPR letter for 'reasons'], a decision made at this stage means, "dorothy, pick-up the kids, we are moving sweetheart"...
CONGRATS, Shaurya !!!
[I really liked KayKay (KK Menon) in that movie... what a portrayal of conviction, wow !]
