As i already said in my previou topics that i have applied on july 14th 2008 in the period (28th feb- 30th november2008) in the occupation of bookkeeper which does not fall under 38 list . I dont have arrange employment .
So you people sugeest me that what does it means of my result is it the end of hope for me

Applications sent after Feb 27, 2008 will be rejected if NOC applied does not belong to the 38 list. But there is still some hope, try to arrange an employment and re apply with an AEO.
Why would you want to give someone false hopes?
This is a 100% rejection as it is clearly stated on CIC website and in numerous discussions on this forum. If your occupation is not under 38 and you applied after Feb 2008, you are rejected in FSW class even if you are a Nobel Prize winner.
So don't waste your time and try to figure out something else. That's my friendly advice.
