I am in the process of applying for Canada PR, for this, my university degree needs to be evaluated by WES.
As of December 1 2018, it's stated that the transcripts are to be sent by the university to WES. Here, the thing is, my university states that they don't dispatch it to WES , but will provide the necessary documents seals , signatures and stamps for the transcript and I should post it to WES. So, I have few queries here.
How will WES verify who has posted the transcript?
If the university does send the transcript to WES , How do I track it?
Info on this new rule is appreciated.
