I have my friend couriered them to me, not sure what he mentioned but i think it could be documents, he used fedex and they should help you choose the content type
It can be done. I got my card couriered to Dubai and it reached in 2 days without any issues. It’s only a plastic card which does not have chip or anything

PR cards DO contain a chip: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../notice-permanent-resident-card-redesign.html new security features, including inks that are resistant to copying, a new foil graphic embedded in the card and a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chip with an identification number unique to the card
Be sure your courier knows that you are sending a card containing a chip.
