Does anybody have experience sending their passports to sydney Australia. I sent mine on 3rd of June, they received it on 7th of June. Since then there is no update.
Is it quiet normal? I submitted through VFS New Zealand.
Hey Ruby! Just call VFS and ask them - your passport has to be returned to VFS, since you sent it through them. Your receipt that they handed you when you submitted your passport will have your reference number. I think 1 to 3 weeks processing time is normal since you are in NZ. Don't worry
It has been 2 weeks since I submitted. There was one public holiday as well. I called them and they said it can even take upto 5 weeks. As it is really a peak time. I just hope I get my passport back in the coming week!!!
