I am a US Citizen applying for PR via Buffalo as Family Class (Spouse).
The interview has been waived. State police certificates were requested.
The state certificates have been obtained (no record) and I will be mailing them tomorrow.
I believe this is the last step before the PPR is issued. I am considering also including my passport and return envelope in the hope it will facilitate a more efficient stamping and return process.
I will be mentioning in a brief attached cover letter that the passport was included for general convenience.
I have no need of the passport for the next several months.
I would appreciate thoughts on the reasonableness of this plan.
