I have applied for permanent residence in Delhi Visa Office. Now I got request for PR Stamping and it says me to send my and spouse passport with 2 copies photos within 30 days.
. But I am currently in United States in student visa whereas my spouse is in india. Now :
1. How can i send my passport to India legally?
2. There is no problem for my spouse to send passport but can she send her passport alone from india without mine ( principal applicant)
3. Would my application rejects if I delayed to send passport to delhi in more than 30 days?
I don't think it's my first case as PR takes long time and people might move from one country to another during this duration.
PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME AS ITS ALREADY 1 WEEK CROSSED AND I AM WORRYING IF MY CASE WILL BE REJECTED???
Also, I can't travel back to India currently in the middle of my study . When I drop mail to visa office they send me back automatic reply Tto reply by 30 days if the case is considerable only and its 1 week above I have not received any reply from VISA OFFICE AT NEW DELHI???
