Hello there,

Hope all you are well.
I have a quick question about police clearance certificate.

Friend of mine is still waiting for FBI police clearance certificate and he is in situation where he needs to get his PR as soon as possible.
Did any one have experience sending the application without police certificate and then additionally sending the police certificate as soon as received?
He is in need of getting his PR around FEB.
