Hi all
I would like to ask a question regarding employment letter, I really appreciate if any of the experts help me.
I sent my application under noc 0621 November 2012 with a letter of employment but the letter of employment only states 2 out of 10 that its listed on the main duties of noc 0621, so i requested a new letter from my employer asking to put more details on my duties.
My question is, i already sent my application with the first letter, can i send the new letter of employment to them and explaining what happen? Or it is not a good idea to send the new letter?
Btw they already charged my credit card so i think my AOR is on the way.
Wait for the AOR.
If you think that your new employment letter is a more concrete evidence of the duties and responsibilities than the one your submitted earlier, go ahead and send your letter quoting the AOR to the Visa Office.
Yes im thinking to re-send the letter of employment as soon as i get my AOR, my only concern was the cic find strange that im sending a new employment letter with more main duties compare to the first letter.
But all my supporting documents are included on my application, diploma, school transcript, pay stubs, t4s, etc...
There is nothing strange about you trying to convince the VO and making your case as strong as possible.
At the end of the day, all that you are trying is not give any room for the VO to reject your application.
