I am planning to do a soft landing in Toronto next month to request my PR Card. Could I give the address of a friend in Montreal to receive my PR Card and mail it to me in Mexico?
Or since Quebec is a no-go zone for Express Entry that might cause some trouble? If that is the case, what else can be done, is there any company or lawyer that I could hire to receive and mail my document?

If you applied through Express Entry, then you want to make sure you provide an address that is outside of the province of Quebec to avoid issues during the landing process.
