Send photos by mail to cic

Hi,

I had done my PR landing this April and was waiting for my PR card.

Today I got an email from CIC saying that the photograph provided did not meet the required specifications.
So I have to send photos to the mentioned address in the email.

My question is since canada post will possibly go on a strike soon (coming Thursday midnight), can I send via any other shipping company ? And what is the preferred shipping company ?

I went to Fedex and they are saying that mails to PO Box address will not be sent.

Can anyone please tell me the alternative address for the below, so I can have other shipping companies like Fedex to send the mail.

Should I be sending it to Case Processing Center - Permanent Resident Card (as mentioned in the email from cic) or Centralized Intake Office (actual address shown in google)?

The addresses you mentioned are rightly found in CIC website for PR card processing in Sydney, NS
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/sydney.asp

However to be safe I would follow the instructions and call or fill the Web Form for CIC as suggested at the bottom of this notice. Calling them will be quicker though I guess.
