i am from india.i am looking for two year pg diploma course in canada. first sem fee will pay from india for get visa. then after i reach there can i make money for pay fee for remaining three semesters and theire living expence.is it possible for a international student.???( fee per sem $6000..)

Extremely unlikely. You may be able to make enough money to cover most of your living expenses - but that's all you should count on.
