I will be starting college in winter semester 2024 at st clair college in Windsor. My offer letter states that course completion is April 2025. Course duration is 2 academic years with 4 semesters . I wanted to find out if I will have the summer break so I can work full time to pay my second year fees

You will have a break. It may be summer or fall so check with school. Working full time will probably not cover tuition.

If your program ends in April 2025 and begins in Winter 2024 (Jan 2024) that means it is 4 semesters back-to-back. I'd suggest you check with the college about the semester schedule. According to my understanding, it is Semester 1 (Jan to Apr 2024), Semester 2 (May to Aug 2024), Semester 3 (Sept to Dec 2024), Semester 4 (Jan to Apr 2025). No summer break.
