Self employee eligible for the FSW?

HI, Recently my application rejected under Canadian Experience Class category. The company I working for I am owning under the 9% of shares and the company owned by my husband. Hence officer says that my experience is considered as a self- employed. Under CEC self- employee experience can't count and that is the reason I am not eligible for the CEC category. Can anyone help me in which category I can apply? Can I apply under FSW with the same experience? I have more than 15 years of experience on a managerial level. please give your best advise.

You won't get any points for this self-employed Canadian work experience, being a FSW applicant won't change this.

Check the eligibility criteria of the FSW program and see if you qualify.

I have created online express entry profile but my Canadian self-employed work experience didn't get any point. could you please advise. also without Canadian work experience, my score is 363 do you have any idea to get invitation how many points are required? please advise.

As I already mentioned in my other post you cannot get any points for your Canadian work experience.

363 isn't competitive enough, you should be around 440 to get an invite.

Could you please tell me one thing I am working as a Marketing Manager for my husband company. I owned only 8% of shares. Am I consider as a substantial owner of the company and should I count my experience as a self-employed?
