Self employed PR for Canada

Hi, can someone guide me reg self employed PR programme. I am a leather gamrment and accessories designer but i am working in a company full time. I do projects for my company which are related to designing and product development. My question is can i apply under this programme even of i am not a self employed person but i do have a business plan and I want to start my own business in canada. Looking for feedback.....

sadly the clue is in the title of the visa. Self Employed. if you're not self employed then obviously not.
