Self Employed Application Timescales Query

Hi ,i currently run a large arts training company in the UK and I would like to move to Canada and set up our business over there.Does anyone have any idea the application timescale for Self Employed applications.

Count on years rather than months. A very rough estimate would be 3-5 years.
