Self-Employed and BC PNP?

Hello everyone,

I am a self employed (50% shareholder) and working under a work permit as a restaurant manager (which is valid until 2015 Aug). I want to know if I can apply for the BC PNP? I do know if you own more then 10% share you can not apply under the PNP, but WHAT if another company offer me a permanent job offer for the same position? Can I then apply for the PNP?

Can someone please provide me more information about this subject.
