Can someone list all the forms including check list for Selection certificate of Quebec.
I have submitted my spouse sponsorship file to CIC. After the approval of my application I will have to submit application for CSQ.
I would like to prepare all documents for Quebec selection certificate.

Question 2.2 asks your spouse whether she has a "de facto spouse" while she is married to you. Typically, "No".
Question 3.1 should be skipped (read the little note next to question 2.1) - answer 2.1 and 2.2 then skip to 3.2
Oppps, I didn't include that form as in check list it is mention that "If you have divorced or separated, or if you have children from a previous union, enclose this form, completed and signed."
So. I din't include below form.
