Hi Experts,

I have got study visa for Canada into a public college for 2 years PGD course. My IELTS points is overall 5.5 no band less than 5. In my graduation level study, my mediam of instruction was english. I would like to change my college into public college upon reaching into Canada.

Is it possible to do this? Or do you have any suggestions for me?
