Hey Guys ..

I am a fresh graduate Electrical Engineer From the middle east , and i want to pursue my Master's Degree in Business Administration ..
i already passed the GMAT , IELTS with an outsading scores ..

Now , i have done my homework and did a little research about the universities ..

i am some how on a budget so i need your help regarding the best MBA programs in terms of :

1- Tuition & Fees
2- Post-Graduate Work permit as well as the PR

Which provincials should i go for if i am seeking an opportunity after graduation in CANADA ?

No one knows anything about the best Canadian provincial for the master studies ?
