My husband wants to sponsor his grand parent for this summer... but the thing is his work permit is getting expired in June this year... So my question can he still apply ? How much chances to get approved ?

We already applied for PR we got RPRF but waiting for PPR ?

Please give some suggestion...

If you want to go for Parent Grand Parent Sponsorship path that is not possible for few years. He need to file 3 tax for past years and quota for 2019 already closed as well.

Only options available is visitor visa at the moment. Which depends on economic condition ties to home country previous travel history and purpose of visit. Its hard to tell you chances without knowing some factors.

As per eligibility is concern of course they are eligible to apply for visitor visa, though applicant have to qualify at their own. You guys can write a support / invitation letter only. Its hard to tell / predict chances of approval or rejection for visit visa.
