Seeking advices for passport submission for stamping

I am an international student from Myanmar (Burma). My study permit has been granted in Vietnam. And now, IRCC is requesting a new passport to stamp the visa. My passport will expire in next 4 years and they found the poor quality lamination on the bio-data page. I visited to the embassy of myanmar in Hanoi and ask for apply a new passport. But I was informed that they can't renew my passport because my passport's expire date is so far. If I go back to Myanmar and apply for a new one, I'll miss the 30-days deadline. So what should I do and whom to ask for help.

Update IRCC on what has happened and that you will need to return to Myanmar to renew your passport and approximate timeline for you to obtain a new passport.
