I understand! And you should. I was just telling you what our MP said that as long as it is within normal processing times of what is posted online that they cannot call or do anything until it has gone past the posted processing times.

Sorry, I didn't realize it was outside of normal processing times! Then send the letter asap lol, which I'm sure you're already on top of that! They will be able to get you some answer and update on your file. Praying you get some good news very soon! Praying that we all do!
