I applied for study permit and took refusal because I don't have strong ties in my home country. My plan is to come there (family of four) and
apply second time in Buffalo (I am from visa exept country). I dont want include all my family members in application and show that as strong ties
my family is in my home country. Can they (officer in embasy) know that if im alone in Canada or I am in my all family there? This is my only strong tie I can show...
I was include in application my wife (for open work permit) and two kids. The refusal was because I didn't satisfy the officer tha i will come back in my home country. Now im thiking to not include wife+kids in application, and show them as the reason to come back after studies.
Yes Obeid_oo this is im going to do. I want go to Canada as visitor with family, and then to go in Buffalo and apply in person there. I want tell in officer my family waiting me in home country and that is good reason to come back after studies. Does the officer know in Buffalo that im alone or he can reveal that I am in Canada with my family?
Everyone on this forum knows by now I tell it as it is - Shoot from the hip!
From what you say, it sounds as if you are up to some kind of "funny business"!
I asked you what is your home country and you said "EU" EU is not a home country.
The Canadian immigration authorities refused your visa because of the lack of home ties, you are now intending to apply without your family this time. It will not work. Canadian immigration are not that stupid or soft that they do not know what you are up to. It is already on record you intend to move to Canada with your family and they refused you. Reapplying without mentioning your family will make no difference, your families details are in the system. You have already made your bed. Your application in Buffalo will fail.
Smart thing to do now is go back to your EU country, re-apply in a couple of years time.
macthepak is there any difference if I am from italy or france? I dont underestand the point if any please let me know... I told one scenario and know very well the officers there are not stupit or im so smart... thank you for your reply
My study permit application refused due to :
- you have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay because:
you have not demonstrated that you are sufficiently well established in your country of residence.
- your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualification.
I already been accepted by Keyano college as Office Admin and my current job is office admin too.
please Help!!! what documents should I submit on my second application.
