CIC asked me for IMM 5669 E: Schedule A - Background / Declaration a few months ago. I submitted it at that time. Now they are asking me again. Do I just write a new IMM 5669 and directly copy all the information I filled in the old one to the new one? Since nothing changed. Does anyone have a similar experience?
I did things through PNP. I submitted my background first before I got the file number. However, they asked me to submit a schedule A in Jan so I submitted it. They didn't ask me for Security status in the CBSA note. They just simply asked me again for schedule A.

Ummm so it might be because the Schedule A I provided has something different from the original data I submitted. So I think I should keep the same information as the last Schedule A I submitted.
I received similar request. I noticed that I missed few months when I was at home after my bachelors or masters or when i was switching jobs. I think that might have triggered them to request for new IMM 5669.

Even though you have provide this info earlier, sometimes they ask you again to see if anything changed. Happened to me as well. Nothing to worry about as long as your information is correct.
