Second phase of Sponsorship application

Hello Everyone

I recently became a Canadian Citizen and was migrated to Canada in 2008. I received the approval for my spousal sponsorship application from CIC Mississauga on September 2011 and my wife received an email towards end of Sept from immigration section in Colombo, Srilanka to provide copies of additional documents.

Since then we've not heard from immigration section and are really worried as her medical got expired in June this year. Appreciate if someone can help us understand the reason for the delay as the standard maximum second phase processing time listed for Sri Lanka is 14 months.

Why don't you either contact,their email address is on their website or order her GCMS notes?

Thank you for your response.
I've send couple of msgs to immigration section in sri lanka asking for the status of the application but have not received any response. Could you advise how do i order GCMS notes?
