Hello there!

A is a sponsor and married B on 2014. B landed on 2015 and got conditional permanent resident. B couldnt make a good relation and now A and B both wants divorce. A wants to marry second wife in future. so the question is When can A marry second wife and apply the application after the divorce? Does the 5 year ban applies to the A ( sponsor) or 3 year? the website says the permanent resident but not the conditional permanent resident. please help me....god bless me.

You can marry your second wife once you are divorced. You can sponsor her 3 years after your first spouse landed. Expect a longer processing time and much higher scrutiny for the second app.

You can delete the "conditional" now. The legislation that enabled that has been retrospectively repealed.

You can divorce her any time . But you have to wait 3 years after her landing to sponsor your new spouse.

i know it's not in the interest of this discussion... But I was just surprised by the second post of the OP ...
So, the divorce is being planned in such a way that you can have the next sponsorship is in. Maybe you are in such a dire situation. I'm no one to comment.
But such a plan and the second sponsorship may have more processing time and evaluation, i believe.
