My second application for H&C has been approved! yay!

Timeline:

Application sent: April 2022
AOR: May 2022
Removal scheduled for June 2022
Deferral rejected by CBSA June 2022
Stay of removal granted by Federal Court 2022
AIP May 2023

Grounds:

Establishment in Canada, hardship, a crime committed in Canada against me was proved in court, offender was sentenced for 4 years federal prison. Never married, no kids.

I submitted my application since June 2022 and received aor July 2022 nothing since then I hope to hear from them very soon am happy for you

If I apply for H&C while out of status..will cbsa be triggered immediately and start removal process?
