We applied as a family in one application Dec 2011, Pre test RQ Jul 2012 , Test 13 May 2014 (aal passed with perfect score)and they asked for ATIO certified passport translation at the time of the interview , today, my adult son received finger print request ( for the second time, the first was in june 2012) , I have no idea why they asked for that, as of course he passed it before and he never been in any troubles, is it a good sign for an oath call or just regular procedure?.
Just feel free to submit the fingerprint to CIC, because it will expire after a year.
