hey guys, this is my second time to apply for a student visa as I got rejected the first time for some reasons are far from being true they were:

1- I have insufficient funds to support my studies.
2- I didn't convince him that I will leave Canada
3- my residency. statues were suspicious

reasons I think his decision was unfair:

1-I had around 45,000 cad in my bank statement, one year at my uni would cost 17,000cad
so I think I was good to go I even showed him contracts of my parents properties which were close to 160,000 USD and an employment letter of my father which had his salary in it a very good number

2-i am a permanent resident of Kuwait and I scanned the residency permit for the officer I don't know what made him suspicious

3- i told him the reasons why i want to come for better education, and I told him I am coming back to my country and stated that I have no. one in Canada

now before I apply for another application i need your advice

I really need to get approved.
