Your biggest hurdle in getting your permit is your school. UCW is a private school that caters to international students. Canadians and Canadian employers have never heard of it. If you can show that the program will give you career progression in your home country (higher pay to pay off the fees), strong ties, travel history after spending tens of thousands of dollars then you may get the permit. You have a better chance if you select a public university like UBC (if you want to be in BC). Your B.Comm grades are very low so don’t know if you would get admission to public university.

I would have suggested to apply for public UNI but with your B.com grades it would be difficult to get admission in a public school and also fees are very high. What you can try & do is create a strong case on how doing this MBA will help you in your home country financially & also career wise. You haven't mentioned what your line of work is? If it is in a management field then you can also try to link to how this course can help you get a promotion, etc. Rest is all luck (I say this because the process is subjective and have seen some very poor profiles get study permit so it all depends on the VO ultimately).

I’m currently working as a recruiting specialist with an international bank.
What about funding? What should I add as a proof of fund as my profile is just average.
