SDS Visa Application- Fee payment requirement.

Hi, can I go through the sds method for a student Visa after paying term 1 and term 2 fee (Sept to april) in University of British Columbia? The term 3 takes place in summer and is an internship and my course is a 1 yr masters program. The university doesn't allow us to pay it's fee right now. Is it possible to apply for sds by paying 2 terms fee?

It is just mentioned that we can pay in 3 installments. And 3rd term being internship, we can't pay right now.
