SDS study permit

I want to apply online for SDS study permit. But I have a doubt. Is there a separate application form for SDS and General application or there is just a common application and later based on my documents, my application category will be decided?

I believe it's based on Designated learning institution (DLI). As not all the institutions have got enrolled for September. Aa per few articles which I read by January all the colleges/universities should be a part of it ..
Even I applied under SDS, my clg was a part of DLI however I believe the the process us regular
