My study has been refused under sds but i want to reapply my case so please suggest if i reapply my case it would be under sds or general category ?
Ielts 6.0 not less then 6.0
What are your full IELTS scores and what were you actually refused for?
It is highly unlikely that you will be issued a study permit in a very short time span like this on re-applying under general category. The correct approach would be for you to file an application for Judicial Review in the Federal Court of Canada under the Canadian Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. For that you will have to hire a lawyer in Canada.
If i reapply in sds how many chances of visa ?
Someone told me to reapply in sds online because my ielts is 6.0
and im confused now sds or general because im meeting ielts requirement !! And please suggest me any visa officer in canada. M from chandigarh india
IELTS is not the only requirement for study permit, you need to understand the reason you were refused and fix it then apply again.
If reason is not clear to you, consider getting caips notes, search on forum how to do that.
I applied for caips today
